RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, without providing any reason.

For customers residing outside the European Union (United States, United Kingdom, etc.), the 14-day return window is a voluntary protection offered by GDD Fashion and is not a legal obligation in the destination country.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You can request a return in two ways:

Registered users: Log in to your personal account at www.gddfashion.com, go to your order history, select the item and request a return/refund/exchange directly through the dedicated function.

Guest users: Send an email to info@gddfashion.com indicating your first and last name, the email address used for the order, the order number, and the items to be returned.

You will receive confirmation of your request within 24-48 business hours with all shipping instructions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Items must be returned:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the package
  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging when possible, or in equivalent packaging
  • With all accessories received (dustbag, garment cover, etc.)

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING THE RETURN

  • Packaging: Place the item in a sturdy package (preferably the original one)
  • Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer
  • Carrier: You may use the carrier of your choice
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. The risk of loss during transport is the customer's responsibility.
  • Timing: The shipment must be made within 14 days of receiving the package

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report it within 24 hours of receipt to info@gddfashion.com or WhatsApp +39 3387432691
  • Attach photos of the defect/damage
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

RETURN PROCESSING

  • Receipt: You will receive email confirmation of your return receipt within 2-3 business days of arrival at our warehouse
  • Inspection: We will verify the condition of the product within 5 business days of receipt
  • Outcome: We will notify you of the inspection result by email

REFUND METHODS AND TIMING

Refunds are issued only after positive verification of the returned items.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD Refund credited to the card used for the purchase. Timing: 5-10 business days from verification (may vary depending on your bank). The amount will appear on your next statement.

PAYPAL Refund credited to the PayPal account used. Timing: 3-5 business days from verification.

CASH ON DELIVERY (available for Italy only) You may choose between:

a) Bank transfer — Send via email: account holder name, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, order number. Timing: 10-15 business days from verification.

b) Store credit — Automatically credited to your GDD Fashion personal account, usable for future purchases at www.gddfashion.com. Timing: 3-5 business days from verification. No expiry date.

IMPORTANT:

  • Original shipping costs are NOT refundable
  • The refund covers only the amount of the returned products
  • Any customs costs incorrectly charged to DENIM 93 S.R.L. will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase

SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES

To exchange a size or color:

  • Request a return of the original item following the procedure above
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • Once the return is verified, you will receive your refund according to the chosen method

ITEM REPLACEMENT

After a product replacement has been completed, it is no longer possible to request a cash refund. Only a store credit usable at www.gddfashion.com will be available.
