SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold depending on your market — check at checkout for any applicable promotions.

CARRIERS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship worldwide. Carriers and delivery times vary by destination:

  • Italy: BRT Bartolini / GLS — 3-5 business days
  • European Union: DHL / GLS — 3-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: DHL — 4-7 business days
  • United States: DHL Express — 3-5 business days
  • Rest of the World: DHL — 5-14 business days

Delivery times are estimated from order confirmation and exclude weekends and public holidays. During peak periods (sales, holidays) times may be slightly longer.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive email updates at every stage:

  • Shipping confirmation: as soon as the package leaves our warehouse
  • Carrier tracking: email with tracking number to monitor delivery in real time
  • Personal area: check your order status by logging into your account at www.gddfashion.com under "Order History"

DUTIES AND TAXES

For shipments within the European Union, VAT is included in the displayed price.

For shipments to non-EU countries (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

GDD Fashion ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the United States — duties are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprises upon delivery.

For all other international destinations, duties may be collected upon delivery by the carrier (DAP — Delivered At Place).

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to most countries worldwide. Shipments cannot be addressed to P.O. boxes or general delivery addresses. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@gddfashion.com.

UPON DELIVERY

  • Check the package integrity before signing
  • In case of visible damage, report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 24 hours at info@gddfashion.com

FAILED DELIVERY

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery notice. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange redelivery or collection. Packages not collected within the carrier's holding period will be returned to sender.
