  • Seller: DENIM 93 S.R.L., owner of the GDD Fashion brand

  • Product(s): the clothing and accessories sold on the Website
  • Order: the purchase request for one or more Products made by the Customer
  • Contract: the sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer

Products are sold while stocks last. In the event of unavailability after an order is placed, we will contact you within 5 business days to propose an equivalent alternative product or issue a full refund.

  • Products must be intact, unworn, with original tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

For customers residing outside the European Union, the 14-day return window is a voluntary protection offered by GDD Fashion.

10. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

10.1 Guarantee

In accordance with Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code, all Products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

10.2 Defects of conformity

A Product is conforming if it matches the description provided, is suitable for its usual purpose, presents the usual quality and performance, and corresponds to what was agreed.

10.3 How to claim the guarantee

In the event of a defect of conformity:

  • Contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect
  • Send an email to info@gddfashion.com with your order number, a description of the defect and photos
  • We will provide return instructions
  • We will arrange repair, replacement or refund

10.4 Costs

Return shipping costs for defects of conformity are covered by us.

All content on the Website (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks) is the property of DENIM 93 S.R.L. or their respective owners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
