RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, without having to provide any reason.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

You can request a return in two ways:

1. Registered users: Log in to your personal area at www.gddfashion.com, go to order history, select the item and request the return/refund/exchange directly through the dedicated function.

2. Non-registered users: Send an email to info@gddfashion.com indicating your name, surname, email address used for the order, order number and items to be returned.

You will receive confirmation of your request within 24-48 business hours with all shipping instructions.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be returned:

• Within 14 days of receiving the package
• In the same condition as received
• Unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way
• With all original tags still attached
• In original packaging when possible, or equivalent packaging
• With all accessories received (dustbag, garment covers, etc.)

RETURN PREPARATION AND SHIPPING

1. Packaging: Place the item in sturdy packaging (preferably the original one)
2. Shipping: Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer
3. Carrier: You can use your preferred carrier or go to the post office
4. Tracking: We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. The risk of loss during transport is borne by the customer.
5. Timing: Shipping must be made within 14 days of receiving the package

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Report it within 24 hours of receipt to info@gddfashion.com or WhatsApp +39 3387432691
• Attach photos of the defect/damage
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us
• We will provide a replacement or full refund

RETURN PROCESSING

1. Receipt: You will receive email confirmation of receipt of your return within 2-3 business days of arrival at our warehouse
2. Inspection: We will verify the product condition within 5 business days of receipt
3. Outcome: We will communicate the inspection result via email

REFUND METHODS AND TIMING

Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of returned items.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:

• Refund credited to the card used for purchase
• Timing: 5-10 business days from verification (may vary depending on bank)
• Amount will be visible on next statement

PAYPAL:

• Refund credited to PayPal account used
• Timing: 3-5 business days from verification

CASH ON DELIVERY: You can choose between:

a) Bank transfer

• Communicate via email: account holder, IBAN, BIC/SWIFT (for foreign orders), order number
• Timing: 10-15 business days from verification

b) Shopping voucher

• Automatically credited to your GDD Fashion personal account
• Usable for future purchases on www.gddfashion.com
• Timing: 3-5 business days from verification
• No expiration date

IMPORTANT:

• Original shipping costs are NOT refundable
• Refund includes only the amount of returned products
• Any customs costs erroneously charged to Denim 93 srl will be deducted from the refund amount
• Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase

SIZE OR COLOR EXCHANGES

To exchange size or color:

1. Request return of original item following the procedure above
2. Place a new order for the desired item
3. Once the return is verified, you will receive the refund according to your chosen method

ITEM REPLACEMENT

After making a replacement of purchased products, it is no longer possible to request a cash refund. Only a shopping voucher to be used on www.gddfashion.com will be available.
