These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products on the website www.gddfashion.com operated by DENIM 93 S.R.L.
By placing an order on our site, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. DEFINITIONS
- Seller: DENIM 93 S.R.L., owner of the GDD Fashion brand
- Site: www.gddfashion.com
- Customer/You: the natural or legal person making a purchase on the Site
- Product(s): clothing items and accessories sold on the Site
- Order: the purchase request for one or more Products made by the Customer
- Contract: the sales agreement concluded between Seller and Customer
3. SUBJECT MATTER
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of clothing and accessories through the Site, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European distance selling regulations.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
4.1 Account creation
To make purchases you can:
- Proceed as a guest (without registration)
- Create a personal account
4.2 Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activities carried out through your account
4.3 Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. If you are a minor, the purchase must be made by a parent or guardian.
5. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
5.1 Product description
Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but:
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
- Sizes follow the standards indicated in the size guide
- Essential characteristics are always indicated in the product sheet
5.2 Availability
Products are sold while stocks last. In case of unavailability after ordering, we will contact you within 5 business days to:
- Propose an equivalent alternative product
- Fully refund the amount paid
5.3 Prices
- All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT
- Prices may change without notice
- The price applied is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation
- Shipping costs are indicated separately before payment
5.4 Price errors
In case of obvious price error (e.g. manifestly derisory price), we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order before shipping
- Fully refund the amount paid
6. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
6.1 How to place an order
- Select Products and add them to cart
- Check cart contents
- Enter shipping and billing information
- Choose payment method
- Review order summary
- Confirm order by clicking "Complete order" or similar
6.2 Order confirmation
After completing your order and payment, you will receive:
- Order confirmation email with summary
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking (when package ships)
6.3 Contract completion
The contract is considered concluded when:
- You have confirmed the order
- You have completed payment
- You have received confirmation email from us
6.4 Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge:
- Before shipping: contact us at info@gddfashion.com
- After shipping: follow the return procedure (see Returns Policy)
7. PAYMENT
7.1 Accepted payment methods
- Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Prepaid cards (PostePay, etc.)
- Cash on delivery
- Installment payment (Scalapay or similar)
- Bank transfer (upon request)
7.2 Security
All payments are protected by SSL encryption systems. We do not store complete credit card data.
7.3 Charge
The charge occurs at the time of order confirmation (except for bank transfer).
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

- Shipping in Italy: €6.99 (free over €120)
- Carriers: BRT Bartolini and GLS
- Time: 3-5 business days
- Tracking: provided via email
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
For complete information on returns, exchanges and refunds, please refer to our [Returns and Refunds Policy].
In summary:
- You have 14 days from receipt to return products
- Products must be intact, unworn, with tags
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Refund within 5-10 days of return verification
10. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
10.1 Guarantee
In accordance with Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code, all Products are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
10.2 Lack of conformity
The Product is conforming if:
- It matches the description provided
- It is suitable for normal use
- It has the usual quality and performance
- It corresponds to what was agreed
10.3 How to request the guarantee
In case of lack of conformity:
- Contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect

- Order number
- Description of defect
- Photos of defect
- We will provide return instructions
- We will proceed with repair, replacement or refund
10.4 Costs
Return costs for lack of conformity are our responsibility.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 Site content
All Site content (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, trademarks) is owned by DENIM 93 S.R.L. or their respective owners and is protected by copyright laws.
11.2 Permitted use
It is prohibited to:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute content without authorization
- Use trademarks or logos without written permission
- Extract data from the Site with automated systems
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are committed to keeping the Site always available, but we do not guarantee:

Orders already confirmed remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of the order.
17. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should one or more clauses of these Terms be declared null or ineffective, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and effective.
