SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping in Italy: €6.99
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over €120.00
CARRIER AND DELIVERY TIME
We use BRT Bartolini and GLS as carriers for shipments in Italy. The carrier will be selected based on availability and delivery area.
Delivery time: 3-5 business days from order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive email updates at every stage:
- Shipping confirmation: As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email
- Carrier tracking: When the package is registered in the carrier's system (BRT or GLS), you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor delivery in real time
- Personal area: You can check your order status by logging into your personal area at www.gddfashion.com, in the "Order History" section
DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver throughout Italy. Shipments cannot be addressed to P.O. boxes or general delivery.
DELIVERY
Upon delivery:
- Check the package integrity before signing
- In case of visible damage, report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 24 hours at info@gddfashion.com
FAILED DELIVERY
If you are not present at the time of delivery:
- The courier will leave a delivery notice
- You will have 30 days to collect the package at the indicated carrier depot
- Alternatively, you can collect the package at our premises at your own expense
- After 30 days, the package will be returned to sender and you will lose the right to a refund
